Uniform distribution of the feed pressure on all the four feed rolls. This reduces the amount of feed roll pressure required to feed any soft ,hard or flux cored wire consistently. Wire diameter deformation and copper flaking problems are substantially reduced. Much smoother and reliable feed of the MIG wire. Heavy duty wire feed motor which offers greater reliability and long life .

The TIG-MAX® works with a brush through which electrical current is passed. With the brush, a cleaning liquid is absorbed and applied to the areas to be cleaned. The liquid is used to remove the iron oxide stains formed during welding. The brush converts the electrical current into high temperatures, especially at the bristle ends.
