Mobile suction units from KEMPER are used for welding fume extraction and, depending on the model, are suitable for occasional to permanent use. Mobile suction units are particularly flexible due to their high mobility and an operating radius of 360 degrees and contain disposable filters from 13 m² to 42 m² or cleanable filters as required. KEMPER offers the ideal solution for every changing workplace. Thanks to the W3 approval, our extraction units are also suitable for the welding of chrome-nickel steel.
Model HPI 904 is a single-stage cylinder regulator available in nickel plated brass (HPI 904) or chrome plated brassl (HPI 904C) barstock. Designed for applications where a slight rise in delivery pressure from full to empty cylinder can be tolerated.

We offer high-vacuum extraction units for individual workplaces, units for groups of up to four workplaces, right up to systems for welding torch extraction in large welding shops. In addition to torch-integrated welding fume extraction, the units can also be equipped with slot nozzles or funnel nozzles for the collection of pollutants.
Semi-automatic switchover manifolds prevent downtime by automatically switching gas supply from the primary cylinder bank to the reserve cylinder. The user resets the primary bank by turning the knob. Designed for applications where continuous flow of a gas is critical and pressure differential of outlet pressure is tolerated or as a first stage of pressure reduction. It features modular shut-off diaphragm valve with one inlet
on both sides for a cylinder / bank of cylinders and shutoff ball valve on low pressure side to allow maintenance without shutdown.

The TIG-MAX® works with a brush through which electrical current is passed. With the brush, a cleaning
liquid is absorbed and applied to the areas to be cleaned. The liquid is used to remove the iron oxide stains
formed during welding. The brush converts the electrical current into high temperatures, especially at the
bristle ends. The liquid, which is relatively harmless at room temperature, is heated by the brush to temperatures
at which it becomes much more reactive, resulting in an accelerated chemical action on the stainless
steel surface. Unlike pickling paste, the active ingredients of the cleaning fluid are not inherently harmful
to health. When used correctly, the fluids are non-toxic to the environment.
