The equipment integrates with one unit of high efficient Panasonic TIG power source YC-400TX3,
one unit of high efficient CO2/MAG pulsed power source YD-500GL3, one unit of Panasonic make
water cooler YX-09KGC for torch cooling, one hot wire power source, three pieces of cladding
torch for different pipe diameter, two of which are TIG torches hot wire TIG process, the system
can finish stable, high quality and high efficient, the other is CO2/MAG torch. Under integrated
control, the equipment can finish spiral cladding with oscillation or distance shift cladding with
oscillation.
