Kaiyuan KIA-1000, an IGBT Based Heavy Duty Power Source Specially design for Tandem Submerged Arc Welding. KIA-1000 has an accurate control over its welding waveform to achieve high quality welding performance due to its MCU control & Inverter Technology.
KIA-1000 comes with polarity switch & has no need of reconnection for polarity change. KIA-1000 is capable of complex & harsh operating environments & it is a dust proof power source.
KIA-1000 provides some Multi protection functions like Overheat, Over Current, Over Voltage, Under Voltage, Phase missing, etc. KIA-1000 has an Isolated Air-duct from its Control Circuit & Power Device.
KIA-1000 can be used on applications like:

- Pre-Engineering Building Line & Railway Girder.
