Combination of the proven spatter reducing technology of the STT waveform & Heat-input characteristics of AC GMAW.

Provides precise Short-circuit process specifically for thin gauge material.

Precise heat-input control produces high quality & repeatable welds on material as thin as 0.6mm with or without gap, in absence of copper backing while using either 100% CO2 or argon rich shielding gas.

Accommodates materials as thin as 0.6mm with or without gap.

Operator can easily balance the waveform’s ratio of DC+ or DC- polarity by utilizing Lincoln’s Waveform control technology while customized penetration profile that can accommodate a broad range of material thickness.
