The Kaiyuan Composite Submerged ARC Process is a fully Synchronized Submerged ARC Welding Process wherein the heat generated by the single hot wire is utilized to melt two cold wires controlled with the help of a micro controller. The Cold Wires are feeded individually through a separate Motor and wire straightening device.
