DESCRIPTION : SUPERMIG 70S-6 is a copper coated Mn-Si alloyed solid wire suitable for welding with Co2 or 80% Ar 20% Co2 shielding gases. Excellent mechanical properties and good x-ray quality weld. Suitable for GMAW of unalloyed steels, used in general construction, automotive components, pressure vessels, ship building etc. USP'S : Excellent weldability, good start, trouble free feeding, stable arc, minimum spatters, low fumes emission are the special characteristics of SUPERMIG 70S-6. Excellent feed ability 100% drawing residue free wire. Ultra clean.

The TIG-MAX® works with a brush through which electrical current is passed. With the brush, a cleaning liquid is absorbed and applied to the areas to be cleaned. The liquid is used to remove the iron oxide stains formed during welding. The brush converts the electrical current into high temperatures, especially at the bristle ends. The liquid, which is relatively harmless at room temperature, is heated by the brush to temperatures at which it becomes much more reactive, resulting in an accelerated chemical action on the stainless steel surface.
